I do make use of spreadsheets for writing: submissions but also marketing and advertising pursuits. I find them helpful to keep track of stuff and to remind me what I've been up to in this fast paced world of authoring :)
I've been focusing on podcasts who follow the kind of strange that I have going on in my books. I follow some of these podcasts anyway, and as you have taught and encouraged....throw caution to the wind, dare to step where angels fear to tread and just reach out to them ;)
