Don’t worry about buying dinner, it is fine. I too was disappointed on Friday night. I felt like “wow what a failure of an idea” Was happy to hear on Saturday, when we spoke that the morning was going well. Also happy, the neighbors loaned a tent, because of the passing down pour. I think, in worse case, we learned together about outdoor events. And the science behind loud music, and the effects it had on sales. Also, to ask about average cost of goods, meaning the retail cost of vendors. As we looked around most booths were a $5-10 top product. It was a fun experience. Also, Live episodes, do have ability for LIVE chat. Sometimes subs don’t get notifications. There is Cabot Fest in October, ran by a different group (I believe) Be interesting to me, to see how many people remember May and continue to buy. All in all it was so much fun to see you.

Damn good point about the average cost of goods and about the music. It was loud so close to the stage!

I’d be curious to see, when they start asking for Vendors for October, what the cost difference is. And also, how many repeat customers came out. And/or new customers based off recommendations from the buyers last weekend. I can confirm, one person in my neighborhood did in fact buy. And did so because they saw my post in our neighborhood group on Facebook. So, if you are willing to come back and the schedule allows it, could be fun.

Also, I like the idea of doing LIVE YouTube Pods. Push that on X - to get those subscriptions up. And more people turning on notifications. Taking Live questions about marketing, could be a game changer. Just need more then 3 people watching Live
