Audio notwithstanding, I did glean a good bit from you and David. I'm wondering now about alternatives to Amazon to get print copies of the book. I know I can get them through Amazon and through Ingram - but did I correctly hear there are other avenues? And, if there are, is it more or less per book to print? And are there volume discounts?
Much cheaper if you can buy bulk on an offset print run at quantities of 5,000+. Maple Press is a good option, and there are numerous others. Yes, 5 pallets. It's the start of a dream to have that many books.
