As ever, I am eager to follow the next chapter in your journey--nay, our journey--and I am ever grateful that you reached out to me about a year ago to come onto your podcast and talk about my books and my fiction podcast. I know the amount of time and effort that go into a weekly podcast, and I only have to deal with myself and not the extra effort of finding, scheduling and promoting guests.

What makes you special to me is your willingness to share your acquired knowledge and experience in this goal we share of making a living writing books, and your ongoing support for fellow authors. Every step you take is a step forward and I have learned from your podcast is all its forms.

The more I hear about AMMO, the more I am super excited about trying it myself.

Certainly, hearing your episodes devoted to this program, and hopefully hearing success stories (yours included) will make that decision to commit all that much easier when the right time and opportunity are here.

I think I'm the opposite of you. Instead of needing someone to pull me back and redirect me when needed, I need someone to push me forward.

Thanks for the shove.

Such an exciting time. And, yes, I'm really grateful we connected. It continues to feel surreal, because for all my ego, I've always privately been intimidated by you and your success. Cheers to what's next, my friend.

I was so tardy about getting to this but caught up on it. LOVED this.

I agree with Rich - you really take us all on this journey with you. You are so giving of your time and resources. There is no way any of us could ever be out of that sort of debt. And I, for one, am honored to "owe you one" in that respect.

We jump off with both feet here. I'm nervous. And excited.

Loved this episode. We live in a time of multiplying possibilities, and it is tempting to keep hammering on one thing well past the point of return. Watching you shift tactics and consider alternatives in real time is inspirational. Even though I am playing a slower/longer term game with my own writing career I still manage to learn something new to reflect on every episode.

Thank you, Shane. I certainly have shifted tactics. No one can deny that. (Suppose I'm secretly hoping that part of my career is coming to a close!) Then again, if I look back at the Jody of 2019, fresh off finishing my fourth novel, giddy from signing with a literary agent, expectant of the six-figure book deal, that guy is a chump. So the journey is worth it, even if I feel very publicly silly sometimes! You can't be a chump if you admit your failures in the spotlight…right…?…
